She believes that when working with a client it is important to assess their individual needs and meet them where they are at. Tracey works using an empathetic approach to building a therapeutic rapport and trust with each client based on their wants, needs, and circumstances. The goal of work done in therapy is not just to look at the current situation, but to concurrently explore the origin of problems. This form of examination helps relieve current stressors while developing understanding and resilience for the future.
Tracey’s goal and focus of all therapy is on the client, providing a caring, educated, and empathetic environment that fosters growth and resilience. This is done by identifying wants and needs, developing communication, learning how to set and maintain boundaries, while living in congruence with morals and values.
